Privacy

This website helps you contact Tom Mulholland about a painting project.

Project enquiries

The project message helper prepares text on your device. The website does not send or store the information you enter. You can open a prefilled text or email draft in your own app, or copy and paste the message. Your app receives the details when you open the draft. You decide whether to send it. Messages you send are handled by your phone, messaging or email provider and the recipient’s provider.

Maps and travel estimates

The embedded Google map loads only when you choose “Load Google map.” Google then receives connection information. The route helper prepares a link on your device; opening that link sends the property location you entered to Google Maps. The site does not collect or track the crew’s live location or store your route search.

Visit requests and calendar reminders

The preferred date, time and project details stay in your browser until you choose to open a draft or copy them into your messaging or email app. You must press Send in that app to send the request. Preparing a request does not submit it or book an appointment. Tom must confirm the visit. The optional Google Calendar link creates a personal follow-up reminder in the Google account you choose; it does not invite Tom or reserve his time. Google’s privacy policy applies when you use Google services.

Postal mailing planner

The crew mailing planner prepares flyer artwork and a downloadable draft brief in your browser. Entered town, ZIP, dates, route IDs, counts and quotes are not uploaded or saved to an account by this website. Opening USPS takes you to a separate service where its privacy policy applies. USPS handles any routes, orders or payments you submit there. The planner does not import personal contacts, collect household address lists or purchase postage.

Site services

The website code does not include advertising trackers, analytics scripts or marketing cookies. The hosting service may use connection information, such as an IP address, to deliver and protect the site and may require an account for private access. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives connection information when they are requested.
