CREW TOOLS · PHYSICAL MAIL

A heads-up
for the neighborhood.

Choose the area where the crew plans to work. Prepare a flyer, then select the actual household routes and arrange mailing through USPS Every Door Direct Mail.

01 Pick the area and dates

Postal delivery takes time. A drop-off date is not a delivery date. USPS lists 3–10 business days for Marketing Mail in general, without a guarantee. Plan ahead of the crew’s visit.

02 Choose households in USPS

Copy the ZIP, open USPS, and choose residential-only carrier routes. To reach every household in your target area, select every relevant residential route shown there.

USPS opens separately. Paste your ZIP into its search. This page cannot read or submit your USPS order.

Retail generally allows 200–5,000 pieces per ZIP per day, with a small-ZIP exception. USPS confirms eligibility. Larger mailings need the appropriate USPS or mail-service option.

03 Prepare the flyer

This is a draft workspace. Details stay on this page and are not saved to an account. Download your brief to keep it. Preparing a flyer does not order postage or send mail.

Finish the mailing with USPS

  1. Sign in to your USPS.com account and select the complete residential routes.
  2. Confirm eligible mailpiece dimensions and weight with your printer or Post Office. This flyer is an artwork starting point, not a USPS-approved mailpiece.
  3. Review and purchase the postage in USPS. Printing and postage are paid services.
  4. Follow USPS’s order instructions for bundles, facing slips, PS Form 3587, and the correct drop-off Post Office.

Whole-route postal mailing does not require importing a customer or Google Contacts list. Daily area selections are planning inputs; this page does not track the crew or automatically schedule mailings.
